Missions du stagiaire :
• Online upload on different sale platforms.
• Creation of attractive product pages on different sale platforms.
• Products description in both, French and English.
• Sales tracking: receipt and processing of sales and online orders.
• Online stock management/Merchandising in collaboration with the logistics team.
• Customer service via phone and emails in both French and English.
• Digital and traditional Marketing support.
• Logistics support to the Logistics Manager (Packing, Collections)
• Photo shooting for online sales.
• Contribute to proper functioning of the website.
• Ensure the online visibility of Brand Connection on different sales platforms.
• Help the marketing department with social media strategy
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines for responses and deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with management.
